La Cocina Head Chef and the restaurant owner. Jeganathan is a Swiss-trained chef with an extensive experience in hotel & catering trade in various countries. He was trained in Hotels and Tourism management, Chur, Switzerland from 1985 – 1989. Jeganathan who was once a Chief Wine sommelier and Maître ‘d on board the world’s famous cruise line, MS Vista fjord and The Queen Elizabeth 2. Jeganathan has also travelled around the world and worked in Toronto, Canada as a breakfast Chef and Chef de Cuisine. La Cocina was opened in December 2000 till present. Our restaurant has a lovely outdoor patio (Alfresco) for customers for dine in.Private room also provided for all-in-one private event space catering for all sorts of celebrations fromBirthday Parties, Private Events, Gathering Sessions, etc.
With over 24 years of experience, La Cocina Sky View provides an elegant and intimate dining experience. Enjoy Malaysia’s finest Spanish and Indian cuisine, perfect for a memorable evening with friends, family, or business associates. We can host private events for up to 50 guests and accommodate the entire restaurant for up to 180 guests. This is definitely one of my favourite places in Subang Jaya to hang out with family and friends. They have friendly and very helpful crew members on floor. They are quite attentive, their service is good and their reservation is simple too.Their food is very rich in flavour, scrumptious and is quite big in portion in my opinion, I usually share my meals. My most favourite and highly recommended is the spicy zucchini pasta which is so rich in flavour for a vegetarian pasta and their rum & raisins ice cream! The place itself has a great ambience with a good selection of wine range. Highly recommended for any get together or private meet ups!

The staff here were so kind and helpful. They brought us into a room full of wine bottles and even invited us to choose our white wine from there. Such a nice touch!
For my pasta, I requested the prawns to be peeled and they really made sure of that. Thank you so much, I’m genuinely grateful. The pasta was so nice, and it paired so well with the wine. The pizza had rich, satisfying flavours. And of course, my forever favourite dessert was super sedap as always.
The environment was cozy, chilling, and full of good vibes. I requested one song and they played it on repeat for me! I was so touched and felt really happy. On top of that, I could see a lot of fireworks from where I was sitting. And I LOVEEE fireworks!
Definitely planning to come back again.
